Providing comprehensive evaluations for individuals preschool-aged through adulthood with concerns relating to past or present learning problems. Comprehensive report includes individualized recommendations. Private insurance is not accepted. Caresource Medicaid and Caresource Marketplace are accepted with a one-time, $200 co-pay. Outside of Caresource, no other Medicaid plans are accepted. If paying out-of-pocket, payment is collected at the first appointment.

If you are seeking county supports for autism, FCBDD typically requires the ADOS-2.
